When callers dial your assigned NRES AI Agent number, we collect the caller's phone number, audio recordings of the conversation, transcriptions, and metadata such as call duration and timestamp.

2. SMS Consent and Messaging Practices

By providing your phone number and checking the consent box, you agree to receive SMS text messages from NRES AI Agent. Clients may text the agent number, and the AI agent can automatically send text-back confirmations. These messages include critical service alerts, notifications of missed calls, appointment booking confirmations, and lead briefs.

Opt-Out Handling: You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any message you receive from us. Your opt-out request will be honored immediately and recorded in our systems. You may receive one final confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out. For assistance, reply "HELP".

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to operate the NRES AI Agent service, including answering calls on your behalf, qualifying listing inquiries and buyer representation opportunities based on your parameters, booking showings, and delivering call briefs via text and email. We do not sell your personal information or your callers' information to third parties.

4. Data Retention

Call records, transcripts, and message logs are retained securely as part of your dashboard history to ensure you have a complete record of interactions with potential buyers. If you cancel your service, your data will be retained for a standard 30-day grace period before being permanently deleted, unless required longer by law.
