1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the NRES AI Agent service provided by Nashville Real Estate School, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

NRES AI Agent provides a live AI assistant for residential real estate agents handling listing inquiries and buyer representation opportunities. The service provisions a dedicated phone number that answers inbound calls and text messages, engages contacts using a realtime speech model, qualifies leads based on listing data provided by the agent, and schedules appointments.

3. SMS Messaging Terms

When you opt in to our SMS program, you agree to receive text messages related to your account, including lead notifications and appointment briefs. Message frequency varies based on your inbound call volume.

• Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan.
• Opt-Out: Reply STOP to cancel at any time.
• Support: Reply HELP for customer care contact information.
• Delivery: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Pricing and Cancellation

The service requires a $499 setup fee and a recurring subscription of $249/month. Your plan includes 500 talk minutes; additional talk time is billed at $0.50 per minute. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your dedicated agent number will be released, and the AI agent will immediately cease answering new calls.

5. Use Restrictions

You agree to use the service only for lawful residential real estate purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that the listing information provided to the AI agent is accurate. The system is designed to decline rather than guess when it encounters questions outside of your provided parameters.
