Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the NRES AI Agent service provided by Nashville Real Estate School, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

NRES AI Agent provides a live AI assistant for residential real estate agents handling listing inquiries and buyer representation opportunities. The service provides a dedicated phone number for your business that answers inbound calls and text messages, engages callers using a realtime speech model, qualifies leads based on the listing data you provide, and schedules appointments.

3. SMS Messaging Terms

When you opt in to our SMS program, you agree to receive text messages related to your account, including lead notifications and appointment briefs. Message frequency varies based on your inbound call volume.

• Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan.
• Opt-Out: Reply STOP to cancel at any time.
• Support: Reply HELP for customer care contact information.
• Delivery: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

4. Pricing, Setup Fee and Cancellation

The service requires a one-time $499 setup fee and a recurring subscription of $249 per month. Your plan includes 500 talk minutes per month. Talk time beyond 500 minutes in a billing month is billed at $0.25 per minute on a separate invoice.

First month free. Your first month of monthly service is free. The $249 monthly subscription begins one month after your AI agent goes live.

Setup fee. The $499 setup fee pays for work performed specifically for you: writing your call script against your actual listings, loading your listing data and showing rules, provisioning a dedicated phone number for your business, connecting your calendar and CRM, and two rounds of revisions before your number goes live. Because that work begins as soon as we receive your onboarding form and is specific to your business, the setup fee is non-refundable once we begin your build. If you cancel before we begin work, the setup fee is refunded in full. Cancelling monthly service does not refund the setup fee.

Monthly service. Monthly service is month to month with no term contract. You may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, the dedicated phone number is released and the AI agent immediately stops answering new calls.

5. Delivery Timeline

Your AI voice agent is built and ready for review within 7 business days. Nothing goes live until you hear it and approve it. Text messaging requires separate carrier registration approval through Twilio, Inc., which can take up to 10 additional business days after your voice agent is live.

6. Use Restrictions

You agree to use the service only for lawful residential real estate purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that the listing information provided to the AI agent is accurate. The system is designed to decline rather than guess when it encounters questions outside of your provided parameters.

7. Call Recording, Transcripts and Your Data

Calls and text conversations handled by the AI agent are recorded and transcribed so we can deliver lead summaries, appointment briefs, and an audit trail of every conversation. Your leads are your leads: you own your lead data, call recordings, and transcripts. We use them only to provide your service, and we do not sell them. You are responsible for any notice or consent required by law for recording your callers, including callers located in states that require every party to consent to recording.

8. Fair Housing

The AI agent is designed to decline steering questions and to log every call, which can help reduce fair housing risk. It does not guarantee compliance. You remain responsible for compliance with the federal Fair Housing Act, the Tennessee Human Rights Act, and all other fair housing laws in your marketing and in your dealings with consumers.

9. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. Calls and messages depend on third-party telephone carriers and AI providers, and the AI agent may occasionally miss a call or give an incomplete answer. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nashville Real Estate School is not liable for lost commissions, lost leads, or other indirect or consequential damages, and its total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the three months before the claim arose.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee.
